PLN Promo, Discount Adds Only IDR 202,300

JAKARTA - PT PLN (Persero) provides a special discount on the electricity added program this September. PLN customers can enjoy an additional power promo of only IDR 202,300 for all electricity tariff groups up to 5,500 volt ampere (VA).

The promo was held in order to celebrate the 2023 National Customer Day (HPN) which falls on September 4, 2023.

PLN Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and TJSL Gregorius Adi Trianto said the promo program aims to make it easier for customers who want to meet their electricity needs at a more affordable cost.

"National Customer Day is the right moment for PLN to improve customer service and satisfaction. One of them is through the promo 'Smileum Customers of PLN 2023' which can meet the electricity needs of the community at a lighter price," he said, in Jakarta, Sunday, September 3.

Gregorius in this promo program, adding power ranging from 450 VA to 5,500 is only charged Rp202,300. Customers of all tariff groups up to 5,500 VA can enjoy special prices from normal prices which are much higher in cost.

For 450 VA customers who want to increase their power to 5,500 VA, for example, continued Gregorius, they have to spend around Rp. 4.8 million at normal times, now it is enough to pay Rp. 202,300.

"The price of this power added promo only applies to power added transactions at PLN Mobile until September 30, 2023. We hope that this opportunity can be utilized as best as possible by customers," said Gregorius.

Gregorius added that people can take advantage of this power-added program by submitting it through the PLN Mobile application. According to him, to be able to participate in the power-added promo program at a special price of Rp202,300, the method is quite young.

Here are the steps that need to be taken:

1. Customers enter the PLN Mobile application.

2. Select the 'Change Day and Migration' menu, then the customer fills in the personal data.

3. At the end of entering the promo voucher code "SENYUMPELANGGANPLN".

Gregorius hopes that the public can take full advantage of this special discount to add power. Moreover, he said, the process was easy.

"Peranggan cukup transaksi melalui PLN Mobile dan memasukkan kode yang berlaku, kemudian setelah pembayaran terkonfirmasi maka PLN unit setempat akan melanjutkan proses penambahan daya yang diajukan," tutupnya.
