PNBP Auction This Year Is Believed To Reach Target Of IDR 750 Billion

JAKARTA - Director of Auction for DJKN at the Ministry of Finance Joko Prihanto said that the target for non-tax state revenue (PNBP) originating from this year's auction activities is IDR 750 billion.

According to him, this figure is very likely to be achieved by reflecting on the performance of the previous year. He explained that in 2022 the auction PNBP target was IDR 700 billion. However, the realization until the end of the year reached IDR 800 billion. This means that there is an increase of around 12.5 from the initial ceiling.

"This year hopefully it can exceed IDR 750 billion like last year," he said at the peak of the 115th anniversary of the Indonesian Auction Year in Jakarta, July 18.

Joko explained, in order to smooth out the plan, the Directorate General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance continues to optimize digital channels as a form of service to the community more widely. DJKN data revealed that public participation increased 400 percent from 2016 to 2022.

The score was then directly proportional to the achievement of transactions that shot from the auction principal of IDR 12 trillion to IDR 35 trillion.

"We want to realize the development of Indonesia's auction, which is in the same class as the world auction market," he asserted.

For information, in the latest report, the 202 State Budget was known that the total PNBP collected until last May was IDR 260.5 trillion. This book grew 16.2 percent compared to May 2022 which amounted to IDR 224.2 trillion.

Meanwhile, the latest PNBP realization has reached a portion of 59 percent of the 2023 APBN ceiling which sets a target of IDR 441.4 trillion.
