JAKARTA - Bank DKI again presents solutions through digital services for the people of DKI Jakarta, this time through the JakErte feature which is present in the JakOne Mobile application. Through the JakErte feature, RT management can be carried out online, and integrated with the JakOne Mobile application for ease of payment and purchase.

The launch of the JakErte feature will be held at the Jakarta Fair 2023 Arena, Sunday, June 25, with typical Betawi nuances such as the Pintang Pintu and ondel-ondel. Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, who was also present to introduce JakErte, said that the presence of the JakErte feature made it easier for RT management through a digitalization approach.

"The management of the RT is getting easier, it can be done anywhere and anytime at any time," said Amirul, in his statement, Tuesday, June 27.

Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is active in developing various digital applications, such as JakOne Mobile super apps, JakOne Pay simple apps, as well as JakOne Abank and other services such as Cash Management System, as well as online credit and financing applications through KMG e-forms and development of digital lending applications. Most recently, Bank DKI has also launched the development of the latest JakOne Mobile application which comes with a fresher UI/UX display and user friendly.

For information, the JakErte feature embedded in the JakOne Mobile application is the development of the existing JakOne Erte application. Available with a number of key features including: payment of contributions and bills, news and activity information, submission of introductory letters, information from residents to payments and purchases, and all these features can be accessed through the JakOne Mobile application.

Now, with this feature increasingly integrated, residents can simply download the JakOne Mobile application to be able to use the JakErte feature. Previously, JakErte had gone through the trial phase in five DKI Jakarta areas simultaneously, namely Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, and South Jakarta.

The trial stage is carried out to ensure the availability and feasibility of JakErte's features before their use is expanded. The presence of the JakErte feature in the JakOne Mobile application further proves the digital transformation commitment made by Bank DKI.

Siti Farida, one of the RT administrators in the Makasar District, East Jakarta who was also invited and experienced using the JakErte feature, said that her party felt helped by the JakErte feature, especially in terms of RT cash management.

"After trying to download, and study, I tried to use it for my cash and RT contributions. This is very useful considering that my residents are quite a lot, busy and troublesome," he said.

Responding to this, Amirul Wicaksono welcomed and said that all Bank DKI Branch offices in Jakarta are ready to assist in socialization and needs in using the JakErte feature for RT administrators in Jakarta.

Furthermore, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added, the presence of the JakErte feature is increasingly complementary to digital banking services from Bank DKI.

"This is in line with Bank DKI's adaptation through digitalization efforts to adjust the needs of the community, so that Bank DKI can continue to be a preferred bank and be relied on by the public in terms of financial services, especially environmental management," concluded Arie.
