This Is The Composition Of The Latest Pegadaian Board Of Directors After The AGMS

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pegadaian decided to change the composition of the company's directors.

The decision is contained in letter Number SK-164/MBU/06/2023 concerning Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Tasks and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pegadaian.

In the decision, it was stated that the shareholders appointed Erry Rizal Achmad Taufiq as Director of Human Capital, replacing Ridwan Arbian Syah, who previously held the position of Director of Human Capital, Legal and Compliance Pegadaian for the period 2021-2023.

Meanwhile, Udin Salahudin was appointed as Director of Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, from his previous position as SEVP of Pegadaian Risk Management.

In addition, there has been a change in the nomenclature of the name of office for East Ferdian Satyagraha, who previously served as Director of Finance and Risk Management, to Director of Finance and Strategic Planning.

President Director of PT Pegadaian Damar Latri Setiawan expressed his gratitude to Ridwan Arbian Syah for all the contributions of his energy, thoughts and dedication during his tenure. He also congratulated Erry Rizal Achmad Taufiq and Udin Salahudin for the new position mandated by the shareholders.

"On behalf of the big family of Insan Pegadaian, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ridwan who has worked for approximately the last 3 years. During that period, Mr. Ridwan has built a Pegadaian person full of talent and quality, and has laid the foundation for implementing a dynamic work pattern in line with the digital and cultural transformation programs," said Damar.

Furthermore, Damar also congratulated Erry Rizal Achmad Taufiq as Director of Human Capital and Udin Salahudin as Director of Risk Management, Legal and Compliance of PT Pegadaian.
