AGMS Decides Deputy SKK Migas Arief Setiawan To Be President Director Of PGN

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) decided to replace the board of directors by appointing Arief Setiawan Handoko as President Director replacing M. Haryo Yunianto.

It is known that Arief Setiawan is the Deputy for Monetization and Finance of SKK Migas.

Shareholders also replaced Heru Setiawan as Director of Strategy and Business Development by appointing Harry Budi Sidharta.

It is known that Harry previously served as President Director of Nusantara Regas, a subsidiary of PGN.

PGN's Director of Human Resources and Business Support Beni Syarif Hidayat said that the replacement of this board of directors was purely a shareholder's decision.

"If you say it's not bad either. Ebitda goes up, revenue increases, profit increases," he said.

He ensured that there were no other reasons behind the replacement of the board of directors except with the consideration that they would be appointed as board of commissioners or board of directors in other SOEs.

"All of them are the authority of shareholders, both Pertamina and BUMN," he concluded.
