JAKARTA - PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN) together with four other creditors agreed to provide a syndicated loan of IDR 1.11 trillion to PT Seino Indomobil Logistics (SIL) for capital expenditure financing.
Bank BTPN and four other creditors, namely PT Bank DBS Indonesia, PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk, PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia, and Bank of China Ltd Jakarta Branch agreed to sign a loan facility agreement with SIL on May 4, 2023 in Jakarta.
Head of Wholesale, Commercial, and Transaction Bank BTPN Nathan Christianto said in the five-year tenor agreement, Bank BTPN acted as coordinator, mandated lead arranger, and bookrunner.

Meanwhile, until the end of March 2023, Bank BTPN recorded credit growth of 5 percent on an annual basis (yoy) to IDR 149.90 trillion, higher than last year which was recorded at IDR 142.37 trillion.
For the corporate segment, credit growth was recorded at 7 percent yoy at the end of March 2023.
Furthermore, Nathan explained, through the loan, Bank BTPN continues to actively participate in syndicated financing, especially in infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, the environment, social and governance, including supporting industries.
