Auction Of 6 Series Of State Sukuk, Government Raup Rp9 Trillion

JAKARTA - The government has raised IDR 9 trillion from the auction of six series of state sukuk or State Sharia Securities (SBSN) on Tuesday, April 4.

The six series are the SPNS03102023, PBS036, PBS003, PBS037, PBS034, and PBS033 series, which are auctioned through the Bank Indonesia (BI) auction system to meet part of the financing target in the 2023 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).

Quoting Antara, the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance noted that the bids included in the auction were IDR 24.77 trillion.

From the auction of the PBS036 series, the largest fund absorbed was IDR 2.3 trillion, which came from the highest entry offer, which was IDR 13.25 trillion, with a weighted average yield (yield) which was won at 6.38009 percent.

Another largest nominal was won from the PBS034 series of IDR 2.25 trillion which received an incoming offer of IDR 2.34 trillion, with a weighted average yield won of 7.07728 percent.

Then, the government absorbed Rp1.45 trillion from the auction of the PBS003 series which received an offer of Rp1.94 trillion, with a weighted average yield of 6.46678 percent.

From the SPNS03102023 series, Rp1.15 trillion was created which received an incoming offer of Rp4.05 trillion. The weighted average yield won for this series was 4.82391 percent.

Furthermore, from the auction of the PBS037 series, Rp950 billion was absorbed from an incoming offer of Rp1.51 trillion and the weighted average yield won was recorded at 7.07952 percent.

Finally, the smallest nominal won by the government in the auction was PBS033 of IDR 900 billion from an incoming offer of IDR 1.68 trillion, with a weighted average yield won of 7.16662 percent.
