PT PLN (Persero) will operate 616 Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) in 237 locations in Indonesia to make it easier for electric vehicle users during the 2023 Eid homecoming period.

"PLN ensures that supporting infrastructure for electric vehicles is available on the homecoming route, making it easier for electric car users who go home to do charging," said Darmawan, quoted from Antara, Monday, April 3.

He said all the SPKLUs were ready to serve the charging of electric vehicles during the Lebaran homecoming.

The SPKLU locations include rest areas of toll roads on the homecoming route, namely at nine points on the Trans Java Toll Road and six points on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road.
