DKI Collaborates With Korean Payment System Companies For Retail

JAKARTA - Bank DKI regional development banks are collaborating with the largest payment system company in Korea, BC Card Asia Pacific in implementing a retail payment system in the form of a acquisition service system.

The acquisition service system is a service form that makes it easier to pay using payment tools using a card, both debit cards and credit cards in daily payment activities. Director of Technology and Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono explained, this collaboration in collaboration with other partners has optimized the performance of the digital business for the company owned by the DKI Provincial Government.

"The collaboration is an adaptive step by Bank DKI in an effort to expand the ease of banking services and encourage the acceleration of financial inclusion through a reliable digital payment ecosystem," Amirul said in his statement, Friday, March 10.

Amirul revealed, this collaboration is also in line with the momentum of digitalization transformation carried out by the company since 2021.

"Bank DKI continues to strive to provide qualified digital services through various collaborations, including the development of cross-border cooperation services for payments abroad, collaboration in the use of cloud computing technology to strengthen digital banking services and ecosystems," he continued.

Similarly, the CEO of BC Card Korea, Choi Wonseok, positively welcomes the cooperation established. According to him, this bank owned by the DKI Provincial Government is one of the strategic partners.

On the other hand, Amirul again explained, Bank DKI also collaborated with Bank BCA and PRIMA networks to utilize deposit services and cardless cash withdrawals on BCA ATM networks, BNI Bank ATMs, and CIMB Niaga with PRIMA network logos spread throughout the archipelago.

"One of the newest features, is the mobile cash feature for cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and other bank ATMs in collaboration, such as Bank BCA, Bank BNI, Bank CIMB Niaga with the PRIMA logo," he added.
