Arsal added, regarding the 2023 coal sales volume, the Company targets an increase in sales to 41.2 million tons, an increase of 30 percent from the realization of coal sales in 2022 which amounted to 31.7 million tons.

Meanwhile, in terms of operational performance in 2022, Arsal revealed that PTBA's total coal production in 2022 will reach 37.1 million tons, an increase of 24 percent compared to 2021, which is 30.04 million tons.

Meanwhile, PTBA's coal sales until 2022 were 31.7 million tons, growing 12 percent compared to 2021 which was 28.4 million tons.

Throughout 2022, the Company recorded export sales of PTBA of 12.5 million tons and the realization of Domestic Market Obligation (DMO) was recorded at 19.2 million tons (216 percent of the DMO target) or 119 percent of the realization in 2021 which was 16.1 million tons.
