This Is A New Toll List That Is Ready To Use For The 2023 Eid Homecoming

YOGYAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is speeding up the construction of new toll roads for Eid al-Fitr 2023 homecoming. A total of 16 toll roads are ready to be operated functionally to facilitate homecoming and backflow.

Hedi Rahadian, Director General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR, said that there were additional toll roads operated in early 2023 along 20.89 km. Hedi also said that toll roads that are ready to be opened during Eid al-Fitr will be short, but their role is very important for traffic flow.

"Our current network of roads, we design from the backbone network strategy of toll roads. So if we build toll roads everywhere, it means to reduce travel time. The variable is transport costs, so if the travel time is longer, the transportation costs will be more expensive," said Director General Hedi Rahadian during a press conference at the PUPR Ministry, Wednesday (8/2/2023).

The presence of this new toll road is good news for travelers. So which new toll roads will be able to be crossed by travelers?

Section 2, Pamulang-Cinere: 3.64 km

Section 3B, Krukut-Limo: 2.19 km

Section 1B, CBD-Legok: 5.40 km

Package 3, Kutanegara-Sedang: 8.50 km

Section 4, Taruma Jaya-Cilincing: 7.29 km

Section 2A, Jatikarya-Cikeas: 3.50 km

Sections 4A And 4B, Cimalaka-Legok: 20 km

Section 5A-5B, Legok-Ujung Jaya: 14.90 km

Section 6A-6B, Ujung Jaya-Dawuan: 5.10 km

Section 2, Cigombong-Cibadak: 11.90 km

Section 4A, Probolinggo Timur-IC Gending: 8.55 km

Section 5, Blang Bintang-Kuto Baro

Section 6, Kuto Baro-Baitussalam: 12.40 km

Section 1, Tebing Tinggi-Inderapura: 20.40 km

Section 2, Inderapura-Kuala Tanjung: 18.05 km

Section 3, Tebing Tinggi-Serbelawan: 30 km

Section 4, Serbelawan-Pematang Siantar: 28 km.

The new toll roads in Java and Sumatra will support smooth traffic during Eid. The existence of new toll roads can accelerate the travel time of travelers and reduce current density during Eid. In addition, the operation of new toll roads can increase connectivity between regions and encourage the community's economy.

Such is the review of the new toll road for the 2023 Eid homecoming which will facilitate traffic ahead of Eid al-Fitr and after. Currently, the Ministry of PUPR together with Toll Road Business Entities continues to complete the construction of the toll road.
