HOLD An EGMS, Generalize PP Precise The Composition Of The Company's Latest Management

PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Thursday, February 23. This EGMS was chaired by Mr. Nur Rochmad as Independent Commissioner and attended by a number of shareholders with one agenda for discussion, namely Changes in the Company's Management.

The majority of shareholders agreed to the agenda of Changes in the Company's Management and with the decision at the EGMS, starting from the closing of the EGMS as follows:

Apart from the agenda, the chairperson of the meeting, namely Mr. Nur Rochmad, also explained that PT PP Presisi Tbk had pocketed a number of new contracts during 2022 with a total of IDR 5.245 trillion. With the contract acquisition component dominated by non-group employers (outside PP Group) of 93 percent.

As for the business line, the majority of new contracts were obtained from the mining service business line by 55 percent, civil work 41 percent and the remaining 4 percent contributed by supporting business lines, namely building structure work and ready-to-go concrete (readymix).

Dalam agenda tersebut, pimpinan rapat juga menyampaikan produksi pertumbuhan pendapatan perseroan untuk tahun 2023 ini meningkat 20-25 persen dari tahun 2022, dengan strategi utamanya adalah peningkatan manajemen aset perseroan guna meningkatkan persetaan market pada pekerjaan sipil sebagai maincontractor serta lini bisnis jasa perawatan dengan jangkaian pelayanan yang jasa jauh lebih luas dari sebelumnya, antara lain pembangunan jalan tambang, pembangunan jetty, pembangunan stockpile hingga menjalankan kegiatan mining operation maupun penyedia jasa hauling hasil mine.

As for the expansion of the mining type which is the company's focus in 2023, including nickel, coal, gold and bauxite. Meanwhile, for the civil work business line, the Company will focus on obtaining contracts from the state budget and national strategic projects as main controllers.
