Bekasi Regency Government Orders The Village Head To Accelerate Infrastructure Improvements

JAKARTA - The Bekasi Regency Government, West Java specifically directed all village heads in the area to accelerate infrastructure improvement by taking into account the division of tasks of each region.

"Pay attention to the division of tasks related to infrastructure at the village level which really needs improvement so that it can be done as quickly as possible," said Bekasi Regent Dani Ramdan in Cikarang, quoted from Antara, Monday, February 6.

He said this special directive was given as a form of realization of programs and policies with the aim of optimizing village progress, especially for the government and rural communities.

Through a systematic and measurable division of tasks, village infrastructure development is believed to be able to make significant changes for the village itself, as well as being considered as a breakthrough for every village head.

Such as the realization of precision village data that had previously been carried out in five villages throughout Muaragembong sub-district as well as being a pilot project for implementation nationally.

Dani assessed that this precision data project aims to optimize the digitization of digital map-based village monographs that will strengthen village performance while providing social protection systems to the community.

"Precision village program data, namely village monograph, will strengthen village performance, because the data generated comes from the village community and has gone through the supervision of relevant agencies, so that it can facilitate the provision of assistance to people in need," he said.

Local governments also encourage the welfare of village officials through the completeness of social security, in the form of health, employment, and old age security, as well as increasing the coverage of social security in Bekasi Regency.

"We also want to encourage the welfare of village officials through social security, old age, health, employment so that they can work in peace and peace. This will be carried out in stages and hopefully the coverage can be 100 percent in Bekasi Regency," he said.

Dani also reminded the procedure for preparing the village budget as stated in the Village Budget to be implemented immediately and added several budget points that can sharpen the implementation of activities in 2023.
