Realization Of APBN Expenditure In West Sumatra 2022 Capai Rp29.7 Trillion

The Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Treasury (DJPb) of West Sumatra stated that the realization of state spending in West Sumatra sourced from the National Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) throughout 2022 reached IDR 29.7 trillion.

Acting (Plt) Head of West Sumatra DGT Regional Office, Ismet Saputra, said that the total regional expenditure until December 31, 2022 from the APBN reached IDR 29.7 trillion and total revenue was IDR 9.95 trillion, resulting in a regional deficit of IDR 19.75 trillion.

"This expenditure achievement is still low from the target expenditure of IDR 30.4 trillion or a contraction of 4.21 percent," said Ismet as quoted by Antara, Monday, January 16.

For central government spending in West Sumatra throughout 2022, a total of IDR 10.4 trillion consisting of personnel expenditures of IDR 4.56 trillion, goods expenditures of IDR 3.66 trillion, capital expenditures of IDR 2.1 trillion and social assistance of IDR 26.35 billion.

"The central government's spending contracted 4.90 percent yoy due to a decrease in the goods expenditure component by 15.61 percent," he said.

Meanwhile, in the form of transfers to regions amounting to Rp. 18.4 trillion, consisting of profit-sharing funds of Rp. 780.6 billion, general allocation funds of Rp. 12.5 trillion, physical special allocation funds of Rp. 1.6 trillion, regional incentive funds of 99.3 billion and special non-physical allocation funds of Rp. 3.4 trillion.

"The realization of TKDD experienced a contraction of 3.84 percent yoy which was driven by a decrease in the realization of regional incentive funds by 78.16 percent," he said.

Then the village fund amounted to 866.7 billion and realized 99.7 percent of the ceiling of Rp867.02 billion.

Of the 14 regions that received village funds throughout 2022, the most were Pesisir Selatan Regency IDR 161.02 and Padang Pariaman IDR 94.77 billion.

After that, it was followed by Agam Regency that received village funds of Rp75.09 billion and Limapuluh Kota Regency of Rp74.85 billion.

Meanwhile, for the regions, the least area received the allocation of village funds, namely, Sawahlunto City with Rp20.09 billion.

According to him, the performance of the 2022 State Budget is quite good and can be realized well. The problem ahead, continued Ismet, how will 2023 make the realization of the State Budget even faster.

Starting from coordination between Regency and City Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) with the province or vertical agency running well and smoothly.

He said state spending in West Sumatra came from the 2022 State Budget in two forms, namely central government spending and transfers to regions and village funds.

"I have coordinated with the governor to accelerate the determination of the Treasury Decree so that the existing budget can be immediately utilized. This decree has been made since last November and now it is just an adjustment," he said.
