The development of existing landmark designs on the Bobochha Monument and Pier Cross was carried out to support the beauty of the probe by adapting local wisdom from the shape of sea king fish.

The pedestrian area, which was previously minimal in lighting, now looks beautiful with a slick arrangement of light.

Bunaken arrangement has also been implemented from 2020 to 2022 with a contract value of IDR 28.78 billion.

Bunaken Island has a strategic role in tourism activities as an entrance for tourists who will go to the waters/islands.

Therefore, the arrangement carried out by the Ministry of PUPR on Bunaken Island is important to create a representative area, to have good environmental quality and service for tourists.

The arrangement of the Bunaken Area includes the construction of a new Pier, Environmental Street, Marking Gate, Furniture Street, and Cultural Stages that can be used by the local community to carry out various activities.

The construction carries the concept of an Ecotourism Village so that rural nuances are maintained, one of which is by empowering local residents' houses to become homestays by maintaining the typical Minahasa architecture.
