This event is a collaboration between the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR and the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) of West Java with the aim of socializing government programs related to electric vehicles, as well as increasing public understanding of road technology.

"The electric vehicle batteries use nickel raw materials, which we are one of the main producers, so it is more profitable for us economically," he continued.

This Joint Electric Car Exercise activity is located on the track of the trial road of the Road and Bridge Technical Development Directorate which was built using several road technology innovations, namely plastic asphalt, PG70 polymer asphalt, PG70 natural rubber asphalt, porous asphalt mixture, porous concrete, and light piles.
