Immediately Meeting! The BUMN Joint Recruitment Program Has Been Opened: 38 SOEs Ready To Receive 898 Prospective Employees

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) together with the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) has again opened up opportunities for the nation's best sons and daughters to join as part of BUMN through the 2022 BUMN Joint Recruitment Program (RBB) Batch 2.

SOE Minister Erick Thohir said this program is a real commitment of SOEs in creating jobs, even in the midst of uncertain geopolitical conditions.

"This commitment is in line with the role of SOEs as agents of development and locomotives to drive national economic recovery," said Erick, quoted by Antara, Thursday, December 1.

Erick said that SOEs will continue to contribute to improving the quality of national human resources, one of which is through providing job opportunities.

Through RBB, SOEs standardize the quality of talents by utilizing the same test kits and standards for all SOEs.

"RBB also allows a wider reach of recruitment throughout Indonesia and maintains professionalism and objectivity in the recruitment process," he said.

In the 2022 RBB Batch 2, continued Erick, there are vacancies from 38 SOEs that are ready to receive 898 prospective employees.

To date, SOEs have created more than 45 million jobs for Indonesians outside the formal sector, covering 32.1 million BRI people's business credit customers, 12.7 million MSME sector workers at PNM Mekaar, 439 thousand forest village cultivators, 163,761 farmers who are members of the Makmur Program, 210 thousand PTPN partnership program farmers, 270 thousand informal workers who are absorbed and spread across the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Bukit Asam.

Meanwhile, FHCI General Chair Alexandra Askandar said that prospective applicants who had registered for RBB 2022 Batch 1 in April 2022 were given the convenience of being able to directly log in to the old account on the registration website and update administrative completeness.
