JAKARTA - PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank) through its digital banking application, MotionBanking officially became Taspen's first digital pay partner (Persero).

Later, Taspen will use MotionBanking to pay benefits to all Taspen participants.

MNC Bank President Director Rita Montagna hopes that this collaboration can improve ASN's welfare through good financial products and innovative features.

"This collaboration is also the pride of MNC Bank because it is PT Taspen (Persero)'s first digital pay partner. Retired who previously only enjoyed banking conventionally, can now feel a super comfortable digital banking facility," Rita said in her statement to the media, Friday, November 25.

Taspen is also committed to adaptive to technological developments to create the best product and service innovations for active and retired ASNs spread across 54 branch offices and 19,232 service points spread throughout Indonesia.

One form of Taspen's innovation can be seen in the reliable response program to save retirees with corona-free services (charms).

The program provides services by utilizing digital transformation-based information technology consisting of e-Klaim, Taspen-Care (T-Care) services, and smartphone authentication.

"As the only social security management company for State Civil Apparatus in Indonesia, we are committed to continuing #AndalMelayani and always providing excellent service quality," said President Director of PT Taspen (Persero) ANS Kosasih.

"We are determined to adapt to technological developments and create various service product innovations to active and retired ASN, one of which is through collaboration with banks that are able to provide digital claim payment services to participants," he continued.

Taspen currently manages pension funds, old-age savings, work and death accident guarantees for 3.8 million active participants and 2.9 million retired participants with the support of 19,232 service points spread across Indonesia.

PT Taspen (Persero) or the Civil Servant Savings and Insurance Fund is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in old-age savings insurance and pension funds for ASN and state officials.
