Ari Lasso Express Disappointment Behind Aircraft In Singapore

Musician Ari Lasso expressed his disappointment with Lion Air's management after being left by Batik Air on the Singapore-Jakarta route on Wednesday, October 19.

In the video uploaded to his Instagram account, Ari Lasso explained the chronology.

While showing the Tike, Ari said that he bought a business class ticket with a round-trip route (PP).

Meanwhile, for the return route, he was supposed to leave at 17.35 local time, but was then given news via WhatsApp if his flight schedule was postponed to 19.35 p.m.

"When I was in front of the gate I entered the gate, the gate was changed. When I went to the gate I was told 'it's not your flight'. Then I moved to the other gate (called) 'Your flight is already fly'," he said in the video.

The former vocalist of Dewa 19 then recalled his good relationship with the Lion Group.

He has appeared in several events held by Lion management.

He also said that he suffered a loss. He had to buy new tickets for three people, additional hotel fees, and himself who had to appear the next day in Surabaya.

"Please pay attention, please help me, I'm just an ordinary small person, but now I have a big loss, I have to buy three tickets, I have to buy another hotel (message) and the most important thing is that tomorrow I have to go to Surabaya for a gig. Friends, please tag Batik Air to improve its performance. I support this is a fair criticism from me. And I am a person who has never left the plane for life. Thank you!," he concluded.
