BLBI Task Force For Execution Of Obligors' Assets Trijono Gondokusumo For State Disita

JAKARTA - The Task Force for Handling State Claims for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI) today is known to have confiscated two assets belonging to Trijono Gondokusumo, which is the obligor of PT. Bank Putra Surya Perkasa (BPSP).

Head of the BLBI Task Force Rionald Silaban in his statement revealed that the assets were in the form of a plot of land and a building covering an area of 502 square meters in Simprug Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. Then, a plot of land covering an area of 2,300 square meters located in Lebak Bulus Cilandak, South Jakarta.

"The two assets are other assets of obligor Trijono Gondokusumo confiscated in the context of completing the obligations of shareholders to the state which has not yet been fulfilled, amounting to Rp5.38 trillion, including 10 percent administrative costs," he said, Monday, October 10.

It was revealed that this confiscation was carried out by the BLBI Task Force through the Jakarta II KPKNL Office, which was attended by the Director of State Asset Management (PKN) Purnama T. Sianturi who is also the Head of the BLBI Task Force Secretariat. Also present were representatives from the Indonesian Police and local government officials.

"Furthermore, the two assets of obligor Trijono Gondokusumo that have been confiscated will continue with the management process by PUPN through a mechanism as regulated in applicable regulations. Then sales will be carried out openly (auctions), or other settlements," said Rionald.

Sri Mulyani's subordinates ensured that the BLBI Task Force would consistently continue to make ongoing efforts to ensure that the return of state collection rights can be fulfilled.

"We will continue to take a series of efforts, such as blocking, confiscation, and selling collateral assets that have so far obtained BLBI funds and have not or have not completed their obligations to the state as they should," concluded Rionald Silaban.
