JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo appointed Dian Ediana Rae to officially become a member of the LPS ex-officio Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) previously held by Heru Kristiana.
This appointment is for a 5-year term in accordance with the laws and regulations, starting from September 7, 2022.
The decision is contained in the Presidential Decree (Keppres) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 37/ of 2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the LPS Board of Commissioners.
In the same Decree, the President also honorably dismissed Heru Kristiyana as a Member of the LPSEx-Officio Board of Commissioners who has entered retirement, starting from July 20, 2022.
In his remarks, the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani hoped that LPS and OJK on the Financial System Stability Committee could really formulate a regulatory framework that really thought ahead.
