This toll road will be equipped with one Kedungsoko junction, which connects to the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road, as well as two interchanges located in Nganjuk Regency which is connected to the Sugihwaras access road and in Kediri Regency which is connected to the Banyakan access road. In addition, the Kertosono-Kediri Toll Road is also planned to have two new toll gates (GT), namely GT Sugihwaras and GT Kediri.
