Gacor! Task Force Again Brushes Up BLBI Obligor Sjamsul Nursalim's Assets In Lampung

JAKARTA - The Task Force for Handling State Claims for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI) is known to have just confiscated assets belonging to Sjamsul Nursalim in Lampung related to Bank Dewa Rutji (BBKU) obligations to the state.

The head of the BLBI Task Force, Rionald Silaban, said the confiscation was marked by the installation of a sign today and was a symbol of physical control over the assets in question.

“These assets come from the former Bank Dewa Rutji (BBKU) or obligor Sjamsul Nursalim which have been taken over and calculated as a reduction of liabilities by IBRA and these assets have become state assets which have been recorded in the Central Government Financial Statements/Special Transaction Financial Reports since 2009, ” he said in an official statement on Wednesday, August 10.

According to Rionald, the former BLBI property assets have become state property and become a priority for handling by the BLBI Task Force.

"Over the assets that have been physically controlled, optimization of management will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.

Sri Mulyani's subordinate explained that this decisive action was based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2021 jo. Presidential Decree Number 16 of 2021, has carried out a series of strategies, programs and activities to return collection rights to the state by collecting obligors/debtors and handling property assets that are carried out in stages and measurably.

One of the efforts to handle property assets carried out is physical control of land and building assets through the installation of security signs aimed at the settlement and restoration of state rights from BLBI funds by the BLBI Task Force.

Meanwhile, the seized assets of Sjamsul Nursalim were 41,605 m2 in accordance with SHGB 56/Pj.U. North Panjang Village, is located in the North Panjang Village/Excl., Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province.

Physical control of the ex-BLBI property assets is carried out by cooperating with several related elements, such as the local government, as well as the TNI and Polri.

In the editorial notes, the Task Force had previously succeeded in receiving payments from Sjamsul Nursalim of Rp. 367.7 billion in mid-June and around Rp. 150 billion previously as part of fulfilling obligations to the state.

"For the next stage, the BLBI Task Force has planned physical control over property assets spread across several cities/regencies in Indonesia," concluded Rionald.
