Officially Ending The Terms Of Service Of The Directors 2018-2022, Stock Exchange Shareholders Approve The New Composition Of Directors For The Period Of 2022-2026

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will start a new leadership term after the official composition of the board of directors for the 2022-2026 period is determined at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM), today (Wednesday, 29 June). The decision also ended the position of directors for the 2018-2022 period.

Quoting the IDX statement, the 2022 IDX AGMS was attended by 93 shareholders (or 100 percent of the number of shareholders with voting rights). "By acclamation, the shareholders approved the appointment of members of the company's board of directors for the 2022-2026 term, as well as providing service fees at the end of the term of office to all members of the company's directors for the 2018-2022 term," said IDX Corporate Secretary Yulianto Aji Sadono.

Aji added that shareholders have exercised their rights to nominate candidates for members of the Company's board of directors for the 2022-2026 term of service by referring to the provisions of OJK Regulation Number 58/POJK.04/2016 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Stock Exchange (POJK 58).

OJK has determined the elected members of the Board of Directors of the Company, in accordance with OJK's letter to the Company Number: S-101/D.04/2022 regarding the Determination of Candidates for the Elected Members of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia for the term of 2022-2026.

The composition of the Company's Board of Directors for the 2022-2026 term of office elected at the Meeting that has complied with the provisions of Article 5 POJK 58 is as follows:
