JAKARTA - The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) stated that the need for human resources in the oil and gas sector is currently increasing significantly in line with the start of major projects in the oil and gas industry.

Responding to the increasing demand for manpower, SKK Migas then held a prestigious annual conference on human resources in the upstream oil and gas industry entitled Indonesian Human Resource Summit (IHRS).
