JAKARTA - Garbage pollution is one of the causes of ecological destruction, but garbage is not the enemy of humans, without realizing it has become part of civilization. Garbage becomes a scourge for the environment if it is not managed properly, ignorance about waste directly and indirectly sponsors the destruction of nature. On the other hand, with proper management, waste is a new material that has energy and economic potential.

This is based on the current government. The synergy between Mulung Parahita and the Indonesian Navy in carrying out Marine Spatial Management and Marine Environmental Protection through an Environmental Management Ecosystem which is in line with the Indonesian Navy's Program, namely the simultaneous National Mangrove Planting, which is an effort to support the Climate Change and Global Weather Disaster Management Program.

The main objectives of the synergy action are to: - Build an Environmental Management Ecosystem in an effort to protect the Sea; - Increase public awareness in reducing the volume of waste generation (reduce), optimizing the reuse of waste that can still be used (reuse), and processing plastic waste that can be recycled. converted into new goods of economic value (recycle);- Optimizing the reuse of waste that can still be used (reuse);- Fostering community creativity in utilizing waste into economic value;- Reducing pollution of the Indonesian marine environment due to waste and maintaining the beauty and sustainability of the environment; - Reducing the generation of waste that is disposed of to the Final Waste Processing Site (TPA).

As a first step, we realized our serious commitment by holding a Kick-Off meeting for the Solo Triathlon environmental campaign as far as 1,293 km from Bali to Jakarta for 30 days in the 2nd Campaign entitled "The Rising Tide" which will break the World Record.

This campaign is expected to be part of the wave of change for environmental recovery in line with the commitments of Global and the Government of Indonesia, in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and solving environmental problems, as well as contributing to Climate Change and Global Weather Disaster Management and sustainable environmental improvement through Environmental Management Ecosystems. .
