Jakarta - The SOE Food Holding ID FOOD has just launched an integrated cooking oil distribution digital platform application. The digital platform for distributing cooking oil is in line with the direction of the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, to support the government in maintaining the availability of cooking oil.
President Director of Food Holding ID FOOD Frans Marganda Tambunan said this application was created to facilitate traders, retailers and consumers in selling and buying cooking oil.
Frans said the cooking oil service feature is available in the Warung Pangan application, which is managed by a Holding subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Trading Indonesia in collaboration with PT Rajawali Nusindo, producers, distributors and Traders Associations.
"So through this integrated application, every trader or retailer of bulk cooking oil will be distributed 200 liters of cooking oil per day from ID FOOD, then the retailer can transact sales directly to consumers online, a maximum purchase of 2 liters of bulk cooking oil for each consumer per day. "The price per liter is also adjusted by the Government's HET, which is Rp. 14,000 per liter," he said in an official statement, Tuesday, May 17.
Frans continued that this integrated cooking oil application system also has the ability to monitor the availability of cooking oil stocks at the trader or retailer level.
"This platform is able to read retailer's cooking oil stock and the daily transaction amount of cooking oil purchased by consumers," he said.
Food holding ID FOOD is committed to supporting the government in distributing cooking oil. According to him, as mandated by the government, ID FOOD group distributes cooking oil through several distribution schemes.
"The first scheme is the routine currently distributed by the ID FOOD group to traditional market traders. Until May 13, 2022, the distribution of bulk cooking oil is distributed as much as 39.8 million liters," he said.
Frans explained that the next scheme is B2B through an integrated cooking oil distribution system between traders and buyers in the Warung Pangan application.
"It is ensured that cooking oil retailers receive continuous supply from the ID FOOD group, this is also to anticipate supply shortages," he said.
Frans added that this digital platform system also has the ability to read every consumer who has transacted the purchase of cooking oil because it is identified using a NIK that is connected to the dukcapil. So as to prevent purchases exceeding the daily quota and anticipate the hoarding of cooking oil.
Meanwhile, President Director of PT PPI Nina Sulistyowati added, PPI through the Warung Pangan platform actively distributes bulk cooking oil to serve Warung Pangan partners.
"We ensure the distribution channel of cooking oil through MSMEs, which are partners of Warung Pangan in various cities, where with this WP application we can also monitor the selling price set by the government to end users," said Nina in Jakarta.
PPI has also been and will continue to carry out socialization with special marked banners at the food stall partners as a means of community control, that it is true that the community gets the price set by the government.
"Currently, there are 69,000 PPI food stall partners spread across 27 city points in Indonesia," he said.
Rajawali Nusindo's Director of Operations, Sonni Subarnas, said that his party was committed to distributing cooking oil to maintain availability.
He emphasized that one of the contributions of Rajawali Nusindo who are members of ID FOOD is through equitable distribution and increased distribution throughout Indonesia. As of May 2022, Rajawali Nusindo has distributed more than 16.2 million liters of cooking oil.
Sonni added that the distribution was carried out by going directly to the market in order to ensure that the cooking oil was distributed to the right parties, in this case traders and end consumers. , one of which is the People's Cooking Oil (Migor) program.
"Currently I am directly reviewing the availability of cooking oil in traditional markets as well as monitoring the Migor Rakyat Program, which aims to ensure the availability of bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 14,000 per liter at 10,000 points or markets throughout Indonesia," he said.
"This People's Migration Program is also a breakthrough prepared by the government, through a SOE business synergy scheme with retailers or small entrepreneurs so that we hope it can be a solution for the availability of bulk migration at affordable prices," he continued.
