MAKUKU Wins Top Innovation Choice Award 2022

JAKARTA - MAKUKU, the pioneer of diapers with a SAP core structure in Indonesia, received the 2022 Top Innovation Choice Award for the innovation of MAKUKU Air Diapers Slim with Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) material.

The Top Innovation Choice Award is an award in the field of innovation given by TRAS N CO Indonesia and Infobrand.id for the success of brands in creating innovations for products or services.

Jason Lee, CEO of MAKUKU Indonesia, said that it is an honor for his party to receive this 2022 Top Innovation Choice Award. MAKUKU is committed to starting the SAP era in Indonesia and educating the public about the advantages of SAP, especially keeping baby's skin dry and preventing the risk of diaper rash.

The award recipients were determined through the Top Innovation Choice Index 2022 research conducted during January - March 2022 on more than 300 companies. The research uses the desk research method with media monitoring, social media monitoring, market places monitoring, and product profiles in the form of videos, articles, and photos.

The assessment consists of 3 aspects, namely Innovation Idea Aspect, Innovation Advantage Aspect, and Innovation Differentiation Aspect. The award is given to selected companies based on the results of the Top Innovation Choice Index assessment, which is considered to have achieved a minimum score of 71 points and is in the top 100 rankings from the editorial assessment of Infobrand.id and TRAS N Co Indonesia.

MAKUKU has arrived in Indonesia in mid-2021 to enliven the modern retail industry for mothers and babies in Indonesia. Starting from the opening of outlets in China in 2020, MAKUKU is now expanding to Indonesia, the Philippines and Dubai.
