Erick Thohir Appoints Damar Latri Setiawan As President Director Of Pegadaian

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir and President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Sunarso Tbk as shareholders, have reshuffled the composition of the board of directors and commissioners of PT Pegadaian.

Damar Latri Setiawan was appointed to replace Kuswiyoto, who previously held the position of President Director of Pegadaian for the 2019-2022 period. This appointment was decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) yesterday.

Actually, Damar Latri Setiawan is not new to Pegadaian. Damar joined Pegadaian since 1993. His career positions began as General Manager of the Gold Business (2012-2015), Regional XI Semarang Leader (2015-2017), Corporate Secretary (2017-2018), and Director of Operations and Sales Network (2018-2022 ).

Meanwhile, Eka Pebriansyah replaces the position of Director of Network, Operations and Sales, left by Damar.

For your information, Eka Pebriansyah himself began joining Pegadaian in 1994. His career positions began as Bogor Area Business Deputy (2015), Palembang Regional Leader (2019), Balikpapan Regional Leader (2021).

Meanwhile, Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah has served as Director of Marketing and Product Development replacing Harianto Widodo, whose term of office has expired.

Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah himself joined Pegadaian in 1993. His career position began as Deputy of Malang Area Business (2015-2017), Head of Marketing Division (2017-2022), Head of PMO Division and Change Management (2022).

The change in the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Pegadaian is stated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk.

As the shareholders of PT Pegadaian Number : SK-104/MBU/04/2022 dated 25 April 2022 and Number : 0013-DIR/HCB/04/2022 dated 25 April 2022 concerning Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members -member of the Board of Directors of PT Pegadaian

Not only that, the GMS also issued the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. As the Shareholders of PT Pegadaian Number : SK-105/MBU/04/2022 dated 25 April 2022 and Number : 0014-DIR/HCB/04/2022 dated 25 April 2022 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pegadaian.

In this decision, the GMS honorably dismissed Otok Kuswandaru as Commissioner and Muhammad Sulhan Fauzi as Independent Commissioner. Subsequently, Umiyatun Hayati Triastuti reappointed as Commissioner, as well as Nezar Patria and Yudi Priambodo P. as Independent Commissioners.

With the appointment and changes to the nomenclature, the current composition of the Board of Directors of PT Pegadaian is as follows:

1. Damar Latri Setiawan: President Director

2. Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah: Director of Marketing and Product Development

3. Eka Pebriansyah: Director of Network, Operations and Sales

4. Ferdian Timur Satyagraha: Director of Finance and Risk Management

5. Teguh Wahyono: Director of Information Technology and Digital

6. Ridwan Arbiansyah: Director of Human Capital, Legal, and Compliance

7. Gunawan Sulistyo: General Director

Meanwhile, the current composition of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pegadaian is as follows:

1. Loto Srinaita Ginting: President Commissioner

2. Umiyatun Hayati Triastuti: Commissioner

3. Sudarto: Commissioner

4. Rini Widyantini: Commissioner

5. Makmur Keliat: Independent Commissioner

6. Nezar Patria: Independent Commissioner

7. Yudi Priambodo P: Independent Commissioner
