Wika Gedung AGMS Results, Distribute Rp42.78 Billion Dividend And Reorganize The Board Of Directors

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) approved the distribution of dividends and an reshuffle of the company's management.

The dividends that will be distributed by the company are Rp. 42.78 billion or 20 percent of net profit throughout 2021, which is worth Rp. 213.88 billion.

Then, mandatory reserves of IDR 21.39 billion or 10 percent are allocated, and other reserves of IDR 149.70 billion or 70 percent of net profit in 2021.

WEGE's Director of Finance, Human Capital and Risk Management, Syailendra Ogan said, this year's dividend increased 39.41 percent compared to last year's Rp30.73 billion, in line with the company's revenue growth in 2021.

"Thus, the dividend per share is 4.47 per share," said Syailendra Ogan, Tuesday, April 19.

In addition to the distribution of dividends, shareholders also approved the reshuffle of the board of directors. For the Board of Commissioners, it was decided to honorably dismiss Ahmad Fadli Kartajaya as Commissioner and then appoint Sumadi as Commissioner.

As for the Board of Directors, it was decided to honorably dismiss Nariman Prasetyo as President Director and Mochamad Yusuf as Director of Operations 2.
