JAKARTA - Starting today, Tuesday 8 March, for people who have been fully vaccinated and want to fly to domestic routes with Indonesia AirAsia and Super Air Jet airlines, there is no need to show the results of the Antigen and PCR tests.

AirAsia announced in an upload on its Instagram account @airasiasuperapp.id which stated that for prospective passengers who have been fully vaccinated for domestic flights, no COVID-19 test is required.

Meanwhile, prospective passengers who have just been vaccinated with the first dose are still required to show an antigen test result for a maximum of 1x24 hours or a PCR test result of 3x24 hours.

"Hopefully with this latest policy, the tourism industry can recover", wrote AirAsia's upload on its Instagram account.

Super Air Jet also announced the same thing on the @superairjet Instagram account. It was explained that starting from March 8, 2022, boarding a domestic flight does not need antigen or PCR for prospective passengers who have had a complete dose of vaccine.
