JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul (SIDO) announced the schedule for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to shareholders.

Shareholders who represent 1 per 20 or more of the total shares of the company may propose the agenda of the AGMS by submitting a proposal in writing and it is accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company no later than 7 days before the summons for the meeting, or on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

The e-Proxy facility is available for shareholders of the company who are entitled to attend the meeting from the date of the invitation to the AGMS until the day before the day of the event, which is March 29, 2022 at 12.00 WIB.
