Sido Appears To Be GMS On March 30 In Semarang

JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul (SIDO) announced the schedule for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to shareholders.

In an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Tuesday, February 22, the SIDO Board of Directors plans to hold the annual celebration in Semarang on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

"It is hereby notified to the Shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 in Semarang," wrote SIDO management.

The company will make an official invitation to the AGMS through the website of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the company's official website on Tuesday 8 March 2022.

Participants who are entitled to attend and vote at the AGMS are SIDO shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Shareholders Register or securities account at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) on Monday 7 March 2022 until 16:00 WIB.

Shareholders who represent 1 per 20 or more of the total shares of the company may propose the agenda of the AGMS by submitting a proposal in writing and it is accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company no later than 7 days before the summons for the meeting, or on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

The e-Proxy facility is available for shareholders of the company who are entitled to attend the meeting from the date of the invitation to the AGMS until the day before the day of the event, which is March 29, 2022 at 12.00 WIB.

"Observing the POJK e-GMS and the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Guidelines from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the Meeting will be held electronically through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI) Facility," explained the SIDO Board of Directors.
