JAKARTA - The Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Task Force (BLBI) confiscated a house unit belonging to one of the BLBI obligors, Ulung Bursa, at Jalan Pandeglang Number 20 Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Ulung Bursa's attorney, Sofyan, said he was disappointed with the confiscation. According to him, Ulung Bursa intends to settle all remaining debts through installments for 10 years.

"My debtor wants to settle according to his ability. We have submitted a proposal, there are clean and clear assets, then we will pay the remaining debt in 10 years, but the task force is rejected," he said.
