JAKARTA - BUMN PT. Angkasa Pura I El Tari Kupang Airport, East Nusa Tenggara provides a place for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in order to support the economic improvement of MSME actors in the area.

Nyoman explained that the construction of a special room for MSME actors in Kupang City was part of the BUMN Present for the Country.

"The construction of a special room or special building for MSMEs, he said, happened because it happened to be close to the VIP airport belonging to the Regional Government and our terminal," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

He said that in the process of placing MSMEs, the Department of Cooperatives and Manpower, Transmigration and MSMEs in NTT would prepare all of this.

In addition, the regional government will cooperate with one of the state-owned enterprises, PT Sarinah, in screening which SMEs are eligible to provide or sell quality products so that the interest of outsiders to buy the handicrafts of SMEs is high.

Sarinah, said Nyoman, has certain standards to accommodate MSME actors in NTT.

"We AP 1 only completes supporting facilities to support MSME actors in this area," he added.

Until now, he said, it was just finishing, and it is estimated that in February the special room for MSMEs can be used.
