KB Bank Bukopin Announces Resignation Of Director Ji Kyu Jang

JAKARTA - Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. informing that one of the company's board of directors has resigned from his position as company leader.

This was revealed in the information disclosure submitted by the company to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday, December 29.

"The company has received the resignation letter of Mr. Ji Kyu Jang as Director of the Company on 27 December 2021," reads the official document signed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank Bukopin Tias Hardi.

Meanwhile, the determination of the status of Ji Kyu Jang's resignation will be followed up on the agenda of a meeting involving shareholders.

"The resignation application will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company in accordance with applicable regulations," said Tias.

The bank with the issuer code of BBKP ensures that operational activities and financial services will not be disturbed by the resignation of this board of directors.

"The Company's business and operational activities continue to run normally as usual," said Tias.

Previously, Bank Bukopin had also announced the resignation of Eui Hyun Shin in a disclosure submitted to the IDX in the middle of this year.
