Erick Thohir Dismisses 4 Directors Of Semen Indonesia, Appoints Donny Arsal As President Director

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir has reshuffled the directors of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG). Erick also appointed Donny Arsal to assume the position of President Director of the Company replacing Hendri Prio Santoso.

The appointment was made at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in Jakarta, today, Tuesday, December 21.

"The meeting confirmed the honorable dismissal of Mr. Hendi Prio Santoso as President Director of the Company. Subsequently, the Meeting appointed Mr. Donny Arsal as President Director," quoted from the official statement of SIG Management, Tuesday, December 21.

Donny previously served as finance director of PT Jasa Marga Tbk based on the resolution of the annual GMS on March 15, 2017. He has also filled the position of Senior Executive Vice President of PT Mandiri Sekuritas in 2016.

The meeting also honorably dismissed Benny Wendry as Production Director; Tri Abisatrijo as Director of Engineering and Projects; Fadjar Judisiawan as Director of Business Strategy and Business Development; and Tina T Kemala Intan as HR and Legal Director.

The Meeting also changed the nomenclature of the position of the Company's Board of Directors, which was originally Director of Production to Director of Operations; The Director of Human Resources and Law became the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, and removed the position of Director of Engineering and Projects.

Subsequently, the Meeting appointed Yosviandri as Director of Operations; Aulia Mulki Oemar as Director of Business Strategy and Business Development; and Agung Wiharto as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs.

The following is the composition of the new company management based on the results of today's EGMS:

President Director: Donny Arsal

Director of Marketing and Supply Chain: Adi Munandir

Director of Operations: Yosviandri

Director of Business Strategy and Business Development: Aula M Oemar

Director of Human Resources and General Affairs: Agung Wiharto

Director of Finance and Risk Management: Doddy Sulasmono Diniawan
