JAKARTA - A hospital company from the Emtek Group owned by conglomerate Eddy Kusnadi Sariaatmadja which is the manager of Omni Hospitals, PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) acquired 45 percent of PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK) shares for Rp.719.56 billion.
SAME management said it had completed the purchase of 418,351,500 (418.35 million) shares owned by PT Medikatama Sejahtera and PT Bestama Medikacenter Investama, with a total percentage of 45 percent of all issued and fully paid shares in PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK).
"The purchase price is IDR 1,720 per share, bringing the total share purchase price to IDR 719.56 billion," explained the management of OMNI Hospitals in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Thursday, November 11.
Prior to the acquisition, SAME, which is part of the Emtek Group, owned 171.85 million shares of RSGK, equivalent to 18.49 percent. With the completion of the acquisition, SAME owns 590.2 million shares representing 63.48 percent of all issued and fully paid shares in RSGK.
