Commission III of the DPR Holds Fit and Proper Test for the Candidate for Chief Justice, Here is the List

Commission III of the DPR will hold a feasibility and propriety test for the candidates for Chief Justice, candidates for Ad Hoc Human Rights Judges, and candidates for Ad Hoc Tipikor Judges at the Supreme Court.

Based on the schedule of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives, the agenda will begin at 09.30 WIB, Wednesday, August 12, which will be opened with a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with the selection committee, then continued with the preparation of papers and the drawing of serial numbers for the prospective chief justice.

The list of candidates for Chief Justice who will take the eligibility test is 11 people, candidates for Human Rights Ad Hoc Judges are two people, and a candidate for Tipikor Ad Hoc Judges is one.

The feasibility test agenda is also planned to be held for two days, namely Wednesday to Thursday, August 12-13, 2026. After that, the feasibility test at Commission III of the DPR RI will be closed with the decision to grant approval to the candidates.
