Ara Says Bahlil Helps Encourage CSR of Mining Entrepreneurs for the People

BATANG - Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning Maruarar Sirait or Ara said that the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia also helped the program for the people through CSR support from mining entrepreneurs.

This was conveyed by Ara when reporting to President Prabowo Subianto in the Mass Akad 62,000 Unit KPR Subsidized House and Rp880 billion Housing KUR event in Batang Regency, Central Java, Thursday, July 30, 2026.

In front of Prabowo, Ara greeted Bahlil in a light style. He asked Bahlil to stand up and called the Golkar Party General Chairman a figure from eastern Indonesia who has helped a lot.

"This is Mr. Bahlil, there were many photos, providing CSR-CSR from entrepreneurs in the mining sector," said Ara.

Ara then slipped a joke about how Bahlil encouraged miners to provide support.

"So if it's about pressing, he's a genius, sir, but for the people, sir," he said.

Ara then expressed his gratitude to Bahlil. He emphasized that the support was directed for the benefit of the community.

"For the sake of the people," said Ara.

The statement came at a major event for the housing sector attended by President Prabowo, a number of ministers, heads of institutions, governors, regents, mayors, banks, developers, TAPERA, and program beneficiaries.

The agenda in Batang includes a mass deed of 62,000 units of subsidized housing mortgages and housing KUR worth Rp880 billion.

In his report, Ara also said that all parties were moving quickly to prepare the event. He said the ministry, TAPERA, banks, and BRI were ready even though the schedule change was made suddenly.

"One command, even though we were only told in the afternoon, we are ready. Today thousands are present," said Ara.

CSR support from mining entrepreneurs is one of the parts mentioned by Ara in the forum. He placed it as an additional support for the housing agenda and programs for the community.
