JAKARTA - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming arrived in Gorontalo on Friday afternoon marking the start of a working visit to open the 2026 XVII National Farmers and Fishermen Week (PENAS) as well as reviewing the Bulango Ulu Dam.
Arriving at Djalaluddin Airport, Vice President Gibran was greeted with a Gorontalo traditional betel nut which was followed by a prayer.
It is planned that during the visit today, Vice President Gibran will visit the Bulango Ulu Dam in Bone Bolango Regency which is still under construction.
The construction process is now 94.99 percent. The dam is included in the National Strategic Project category.
