Most recently, the company has presented an appreciation program for BRILink Agents who play an active role in encouraging the acquisition and activation of new users of the BRImo application.
Through the program which started on July 6, 2026, BRILink Agents have the opportunity to obtain rewards in the form of Gold Savings balances if they are successful in accompanying customers to register, activate, and transact using BRImo.
This program is designed as a sustainable initiative and will continue to be evaluated according to the development and enthusiasm of BRILink Agent participation in the field.
This program is part of BRI's strategy to accelerate the adoption of digital services while expanding public access to easy, safe, and convenient financial services. With the BRILink Agent network spread throughout Indonesia, BRI is optimistic that the acceleration of digital transformation can reach more people.
Director of Micro BRI, Akhmad Purwakajaya, said that BRILink Agents have a strategic role as an extension of BRI in providing financial services while encouraging the adoption of digital services in the community.
"The digital transformation carried out by BRI not only focuses on technology development, but also ensures that the benefits can be widely felt by the community. Through this program, we want to give appreciation to BRILink Agents who have contributed to introducing BRImo to customers while encouraging the use of digital services for daily transaction needs," said Akhmad.
In supporting this growth, BRI continues to expand the acquisition of new users through various channels, including the BRILink Agent network which is the spearhead of financial services and digitalization in various regions of Indonesia.
Customers who can participate in this program are new BRImo users (New Onboarded User), both those who have a BRI account but have not used BRImo and customers who open an account through BRILink Agents. After successfully activating BRImo, customers are required to make a minimum of one financial transaction at BRILink Agents to meet the program criteria.
As a form of appreciation for the contribution of BRILink Agents in developing the BRI digital ecosystem, rewards are given in the form of Gold Savings balance with a tiered scheme based on the number of customers who have been activated and transacted during the program period.
BRILink Agents who successfully acquire a minimum of 10 customers are entitled to enter the Bronze category and receive a reward equivalent to 0.1 grams of gold. Meanwhile, BRILink Agents who successfully reach 25 customers enter the Silver category with a reward equivalent to 0.5 grams of gold.
Meanwhile, BRILink Agents who are able to acquire a minimum of 50 customers will receive the Gold category with a reward equivalent to 1 gram of gold.
Akhmad added that the combination of digital services and the presence of BRILink Agents close to the community is able to provide a banking experience that is easier, faster, and reaches even the most remote areas.
