JAKARTA - The first trial of the jury and MC of the Smart and Careful Competition (LCC) Four Pillars 2026 at the West Kalimantan (Kalbar) Provincial Level was held at the Central Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (2/6).

PN Jakpus spokesman Sunoto said the trial was held after case number 335/Pdt.G/2026/PN Jkt.Pst on behalf of the plaintiff David Tobing with defendant 1 Ahmad Muzani, defendant 2 Dyasita Widya Budi, defendant 3 Indri Wahyuni, and defendant 4 Shindy Luthfiana.

"The composition of the panel that will try the case, namely Chief Justice Ummi Kusuma Putri, accompanied by members of the court I Gusti Ngurah Partha Bhargawa and Zeni Zenal Mutaqin," said Sunoto as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 26.

In his petitum, there are four lawsuits by David, namely granting the plaintiffs' lawsuit in its entirety and stating that the defendants have committed acts against the law.

Then, ordered Muzani as Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) to dismiss Dyasita and Indri dishonorably, each as workers at the MPR.

Sunoto said David also sued so that Dyasita and Indri were banned from being judges in official state activities, both at the regional, central, and national levels.

Previously, the MPR canceled the re-final of the 2026 Four Pillars LCC West Kalimantan (Kalbar) at the provincial level because there was a statement of rejection from SMAN 1 Pontianak and SMAN 1 Sambas.

Chairman of the MPR Socialization Agency Abraham Liyanto said the two schools agreed that there was no need for a re-run. In addition, the cancellation was also an agreement of all factions in the MPR.

"Today we met, just now with the complete leadership of the MPR, we decided to follow what these two schools have said," said Abraham, Monday (18/5).

He said the MPR had also met with SMAN 1 Pontianak and SMAN 1 Sambas last week. According to him, the MPR also accepted the request of the two schools well.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of the MPR Abcandra Muhammad Akbar Supratman conveyed that the student of SMAN 1 Pontianak Josepha Alexandra, who became the center of attention for the LCC controversy some time ago, would become the Ambassador of the MPR Smart and Neat Competition.

The controversy regarding the 2026 Four Pillars LCC occurred when three high schools (SMA) competed in the final round of the MPR Kalbar Provincial Level Four Pillars LCC in Pontianak, namely Pontianak State High School 1, Sambas State High School 1, and Sanggau State High School 1.

The competition became a hot topic on social media because of an error in judgment during the question-and-answer session.

Participants had objections to the jury's assessment. However, the response of the jury, namely the Head of the Assessment Bureau of the General Secretariat of the MPR Dyastasita Widya Budi and the Head of the Secretariat of the MPR RI Dissemination Agency, Indri Wahyuni, was highlighted by netizens.
