After the Hajj, the Head of the Bogor City DPRD Titip Prayer for the Welfare of the People

BOGOR - Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD Adityawarman Adil prayed for the welfare of the people of Bogor City when he left the departure of 438 pilgrims of Kloter 10 JKS Bogor City at the Bogor City Grand Mosque, Saturday, May 2.

The release of pilgrims took place in a solemn manner and was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, M. Rusli Prihatevy, Chairman of Commission IV Fajar Muhammad Nur, and members of the DPRD H. M. Dody Hikmawan. The pilgrims were accompanied by six Hajj officers before being sent to the Bekasi Hajj Dormitory.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, who is familiarly called Kang Adit, asked the pilgrims to pray for the blessings and welfare of the people of Bogor City while in the Holy Land.

"Please pray for the pilgrims so that Bogor City is comfortable, its citizens are healthy, and more prosperous," said Adityawarman Adil.

He also invited all people to pray for the safety and smooth running of the worship of the pilgrims during the implementation of the fifth pillar of Islam.

"We pray that all the pilgrims will be facilitated, healthy, launched, and relieved in carrying out all the series of worship there. May you return to Bogor City in good health and become a mabrur haji," he said.

Meanwhile, Bogor Mayor Dedie A. Rachim, who was also present at the event, reminded the pilgrims to always be grateful for the opportunity to perform the hajj, considering that the waiting period for hajj in Bogor City is 29 years.

"We have to be grateful because not everyone can get this opportunity. Today, father and mother have found a way, have found blessings," said Dedie.

He hopes that the momentum of the hajj can be a means of increasing faith and gratitude to God.

After the release procession at the Bogor City Grand Mosque, the pilgrims were sent to the Bekasi Hajj Dormitory as a transit point before departing for the Holy Land the next day.
