He said that the 15 people were SW, FVB, OJW, RW, EKW, ISO, AM, SPM, MSW, JMR, SEK, ABM, EW, AM and TB.
"For the 21 people who were previously arrested and have now been sent home, but are required to report," he said.
The Jayapura Police have currently received 74 police reports from the public related to motor vehicle theft, ordinary theft, beating, vandalism and persecution.
Currently, the police have also seized 35 units of motorbikes as evidence.
"For people who feel they have lost vehicles, they can come to the Jayapura Police to see if any of them have their vehicles and if there are any, please bring them and show the documents before taking them back," said Kombes Cahyo.
