Residents aged 16 years and above can already make KTP-el recordings, starting from recording the face (photo), recording the biometric, retina of the eye and signature at the service counter of the Sub-Department of Civil Registry of the City / District Administration according to the domicile, by bringing the family card. This holiday service can also be used for the activation of Digital Population Identity (IKD) because this activation requires physical presence at the counter for biometric verification and scanning the barcode of personal data of residents through their devices.
