BENGKULU - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Kepahiang District Attorney's Office has demanded the former Director of the Kepahiang Regency Hospital, Hulman August Erikson, with a sentence of five years in prison in a case of alleged corruption in the procurement of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

Ridwan was also sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of Rp. 50 million, with a three-month imprisonment. He was ordered to pay compensation of Rp. 443 million with a substitute penalty of two years and six months in prison.
Rizka said that his party was still waiting for the decision of the panel of judges regarding the return of state losses from the defendant Ridwan, who is currently still at large.
