One of them, he said, was that the local government which proposed a policy of relaxing the use of BOSP funds must provide a statement regarding the number of teachers and tendik with the status of ASN PPPK part-time needed at each educational unit in their respective regions.
In addition, the proposing local government must also submit a statement of fiscal conditions and a plan to strengthen the budget through the APBD to ensure the availability of budget sources to finance the component in the following fiscal year.
The request, continued Gogot, was then conveyed by attaching a letter of absolute accountability from the regent, mayor, and governor to ensure that the request submitted was in accordance with conditions in the field.
"So it is not automatic that the circular applies to all educational units. So it must be in accordance with the conditions, the real needs of the educational unit. So this is conditional," said Gogot.
