The Acting Public Relations Manager of KAI Division I North Sumatra, Anwar Yuli Prastyo in Medan, North Sumatra, Saturday, said that the various promos, which were presented included a 30 percent discount on tickets from the government's economic stimulus, a Ramadan Festive 2026 promo, to a Silaturahmi promo.

Based on data from KAI Divre I North Sumatra, the distribution of passengers who use the special tariff is the government's economic stimulus (30 percent discount) reaching 13,058 customers which applies to the Sribilah Facultative Economic Class of KA departure from 14-29 March 2026.
Then, the Ramadan Festive 2026 promo (30 percent discount), where as many as 1,970 passengers took advantage of the promo for departure from March 9-20, 2026 for economy, business, and executive classes of Sribilah Utama and Sribilah Fakultatif trains.
As well as, the Silaturahmi promo (20 percent discount) which is valid from March 25 to April 1, this special promo for the Executive class of Sribilah Utama KA has been used by 1,057 customers.

He said the presence of various discount schemes has proven effective as a stimulus for community mobility during the 2026 Lebaran transportation period.
