34-Year-Old Woman Dies After Jumping from the 4th Floor of One of the Medan Malls

MEDAN - A 34-year-old visitor at one of the Medan City malls allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the fourth floor.

Medan Baru Police Chief Bambang Gunanti Hubarat said the person concerned was a woman who carried out the action at around 14.00 WIB.

"It is suspected of suicide, the victim is a female, dead," said Hutabarat in Medan, Antara, Sunday, March 22.

Although he did not explain in detail, he said the victim had been taken to Bhayangkara Hospital after the crime scene had been processed.

Currently, he said, the police are finding out the victim's family through the identity that the person concerned carries.

"Our members are looking for the victim's family from the KTP below," he said.

Regarding the motive of the perpetrator, Hubatarat said that his party had not been able to convey it because it was conducting an in-depth investigation by collecting information and data from various parties.
