Propam Kaltara Police Emphasizes Discipline and Integrity of Personnel at Nunukan Police

NUNUKAN - The North Kalimantan Regional Police (Kaltara) Profession and Security (Propam) Division emphasized the importance of discipline and integrity for police officers in carrying out their duties.

The affirmation was conveyed by the Head of the Kaltara Regional Police's Propam, Kombes Krishadi Permadi, when giving instructions to Nunukan Police personnel at the Sebatik Hall and was attended by 162 personnel.

"This instruction is a follow-up to the instructions of the Propam Division of the National Police in order to strengthen internal supervision and maintain the professionalism of members in the field," said Kombes Khrishadi.

Kombes Krishadi emphasized that the function of Propam is not only to carry out supervision and action, but also plays a role in coaching so that every member of the National Police continues to carry out their duties in accordance with the rules and codes of professional ethics.

"Propam is not here to scare, but to remind and guide so that every personnel remains on the right track," said Krishadi.

In addition, discipline and integrity are the main foundations for members of the National Police in carrying out their duties while maintaining public confidence in the police institution.

"Discipline is the main foundation, and integrity is the pride of a member of the National Police. With both, we can maintain public confidence in the National Police institution," he said.

He added that strengthening internal discipline is an important part of maintaining the professionalism of the police, especially in the midst of increasing public demands for transparent and accountable law enforcement and services.

"Propam Polda Kaltara hopes that all Nunukan Police personnel can carry out their duties professionally and avoid violations that have the potential to damage the image of the National Police in the community," he said.
